All files have to be emailed (naslibs2009@icet.msstate.edu)
as Microsoft word files (*.doc) or zip files and have to be less than
2MB. Files in other forms will be refused.
Abstract will have to be contained (includes Title of the abstract
followed by the authors list and authors affiliation) one page maximum,
with or without figures, written in "Arial 10 point, simple interline"
font.
